I have worked with Francois and his team many times, and they never disappoint! No matter what I ask them to do...from a simple luncheon to to an elegant dinner...from a Mexican fiesta to an Asian affair...they are spot-on. The food is not only delicious, it's beautiful as well. And the service is fast, dependable and capable. All around a positive experience time after time.
